Jake Heslington
Technical Support Representative
Jake Heslington is a runner. In fact, he won the 2019 Cross Country National Championship as part of the cross country team at Brigham Young University (BYU). He still runs 15 miles split between two runs almost every day.
Heslington studied mechanical engineering at BYU. “I want to design products that help people live a safer or more comfortable life,” Heslington said. That is something he gets to do as part of LiveView Technologies.
As a technical support representative, Heslington helps LVT customers resolve problems with their units. “I love being able to resolve problems and fix issues for people. I also love associating with the people I work with,” he said. “I think we do a great job of treating customers as people, not just a voice on the other end of the phone.”
Heslington is originally from Orem, UT. He and his wife still live in the Utah County with their daughter.
