- Referrers can refer individuals or businesses.
- Referrers must use the designated referral link on the LVT website to make a valid referral.
- Referred individuals or businesses must sign a multi-month service contract for the referral to be considered successful.
- Awards for successful referrals are:
• 6-month contract = $250
• 12-month contract or longer = $500 - Referral awards are earned only when the referred individual or business signs a multi-month service contract with LVT.
- A referrer can earn an award only once per referred individual or business.
- Awards will be paid through a pre-paid gift card or other electronic means upon signing of the contract.
- Referral awards may be subject to tax withholding as required by applicable laws.
- Referrers are responsible for providing LVT with accurate and up-to-date contact information to receive a referral award.
- Referrers will not be eligible for an award if they engage in any of the following:
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Spamming or unsolicited communications
• Manipulation of the LVT referral program
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Any other conduct that LVT deems abusive or inappropriate - LVT can change, modify, or cancel this referral program at any time without notice.
- LVT is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the referral program.
- LVT’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the referral program will not exceed the total awards paid to any referrer under the program.
- The referral program and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Utah.
- By participating in the LVT referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
