Talent Acquisition Manager
Kelly Pyper is a career matchmaker. As a talent acquisition manager, she finds the candidates who perfectly fit LiveView Technologies’ needs and culture. This includes sourcing and selecting candidates, conducting initial interviews, managing and scheduling the interview process, and helping with job offers. She is the first point of contact that applicants have with LVT.
Pyper started with LVT in January 2021 but is already responsible for recruiting and hiring eight extremely technical positions as the company has grown to more than 240 employees. “My team is amazing,” said Pyper. “I love to work with such awesome hiring managers.” Pyper has almost ten years of recruitment experience and has worked for companies like Vivint Solar and Workfront.
Pyper grew up in a military family and has lived all over the country. This instilled in her a love of traveling, which she does every chance she gets, and spending time with family and friends as they explore everything this life has to offer.
