Charles Delgado currently serves as the COO of In Venue Retail for the Commerce Division at Fanatics, Inc., where he oversees all merchandising and operational aspects of the company's vast in-venue and special events retail businesses for leagues like the NFL, MLB, NHL, MLS, and NBA. Before joining Fanatics, Delgado held a number of senior leadership roles, including VP of Asset Protection at both Meijer and BJ's Wholesale Club, as well as SVP of Operations at Academy Sports & Outdoors.

Dave Komendat

Former VP/Chief Security Officer at Boeing and Chief Security Officer - Corporate Security Advisors
Dave Komendat brings over 39 years of diversified executive leadership experience in complex global and geo-political high-risk environments. His career includes overseeing global security, site security, executive protection, supply chain and aviation security, and crisis management, most notably as Vice President & Chief Security Officer for The Boeing Company. He has also led several non-profit organizations, served as Private Sector co-chair for DSAC, and was a strategic engagement advisor to the FBI, which awarded him the Director’s Award for Exceptional Public Service. He is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University at Long Beach.

James Kennedy

Executive Director of Enterprise Classified Security - Boeing
James Kennedy is the Executive Director of Enterprise Classified Security for The Boeing Company, where he oversees the strategic direction, implementation, and execution of security policies to safeguard National Security Information. He leads a team of 900 industrial and cyber security professionals across over 50 cleared DoD locations. Prior to joining Boeing in 2023, Kennedy’s nearly 40-year career included serving as Chief Security Officer at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and security director for Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics. Recognized as a top CSO to watch, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Towson State University and two master’s degrees, including an MBA, from Johns Hopkins University.

Jonny Moseley

Olympic Gold Medalist - USA Moguls
Jonny Moseley was named one of the top 10 most influential skiers of all time by Ski Magazine thanks to his innovative tricks and techniques in freestyle skiing. His celebrated career includes winning a gold medal in the moguls competition at the 1998 Olympics in Nagano, Japan, securing the World Cup title that same year, and becoming the first person to win a medal in both the Olympics and X-Games (silver in 1999). Off the slopes, Jonny transitioned into a highly successful television career. He hosted Saturday Night Live in 2002 and was a familiar face on reality television, hosting multiple seasons of MTV’s The Challenge and NBC's American Ninja Warrior. Additionally, he has utilized his skiing expertise as an analyst for NBC’s World Cup and Olympic Freestyle skiing coverage.

Kenneth Senser

Former Senior Vice President at Walmart and Chief Strategy Officer - Corporate Security Advisors
Ken Senser is a subject matter expert with over 40 years of experience in global security program governance, incident response, and crisis management. For more than 15 years, he served as Senior Vice President at Walmart, leading global programs in Security, Investigations, and Corporate Aviation. Prior to that, he had a distinguished federal career, starting with the CIA and later being detailed to the FBI as the Assistant Director of the Security Division, where he transformed their security program post-Hanssen espionage case. Currently, he is the Chief Strategy Officer for CSA, advising clients across multiple industries. Ken holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Cincinnati.

Mary Rose McCaffrey

Former Chief Security Officer - Northrop Grumman
Mary Rose McCaffrey is a security expert with over 30 years in government and private industry. She served as Vice President of Security at Northrop Grumman, where she built world-class security and crisis management programs. Previously, she was the CIA’s first female Director of Security, holding senior roles across the Intelligence Community, DoD, and NRO. She is a recognized leader in national security and industry collaboration.

Mike Lamb

Retired AP/LP Leader and Expert
Mike Lamb is a distinguished leader and innovator in loss prevention and asset protection, with over 40 years of experience. He has held the position of Vice President of Asset Protection at large companies such as The Home Depot, Walmart, and Kroger. Since 2000, Mike has been a dedicated supporter and collaborator of the Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC), contributing his extensive knowledge, energy, and leadership.

Steve Lindsey

Chief Information and Technology Officer - LVT
Steve Lindsey was instrumental in designing, forming, and implementing the LVT Platform, the company’s video and IoT management system. Lindsey joined LVT in 2011 after leading technology, software, engineering, and development teams at multiple companies including i3 Technologies and Novell. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic and information technology from Brigham Young University. Outside of all things tech, Lindsey loves mountain biking, music, food, sports, and especially his family. He and his wife Wendy have seven children and live in Utah County.

  • What is the LVT Safety and Security Summit?

    The LVT Safety and Security Summit is an invitation-only event for 100 of the nation's most influential security leaders. We are curating for Director-level and above titles within the security industry, and VP-level and above for security leadership roles. Our goal is to bring together in-house leaders who are actively building and enhancing security programs across the country.

  • When and where is the Safety and Security Summit?

    February 23-27, 2026 at the Snowbird Ski Resort in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains.

    You’ll fly into Salt Lake City International Airport, about 10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and 45 minutes from Snowbird.

    Once accepted, we’ll share suggested arrival times as well as hotel and transportation info.  

    Our room block is at The Cliff Lodge located at 9320 S. Cliff Lodge Drive, Entry 4, Snowbird, UT.

  • Can I apply to attend?

    You can fill out the form above if you think you’re a fit for the Safety and Security Summit. We’ll review and follow up if there’s a spot.

  • What is the cost to attend and what does it include?

    An All Inclusive Pass to the Summit is $4,000 and provides a flight voucher, lodging, sessions, meals, drinks, and activities associated with the Summit, including a ski/snowboarding pass or spa treatment.  

    A Full Agenda Pass is $1,800 and covers all sessions, meals, drinks, and activities associated with the Summit, including a ski/snowboarding pass or spa treatment.

    Your Account Executive and Customer Success Manager will work with you to make sure pricing works for your organization.

  • What kind of content should I expect?

    The kind that makes you a better security professional. 

    Expect real conversations from experts in the field, working sessions for improving safety and security in your organization, and insights into cutting-edge security technologies that everyone should know about. 

    This is an opportunity to get real about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s changing fast.

  • Will there be outdoor activities?

    Short answer: yes.  

    On the first and/or last day of the event, you’ll have the opportunity to ski, snowboard, snowshoe, or spend time at the Cliff Spa.

    You’ll choose from a handful of activity options based on your comfort level.

  • What’s the dress code?

    Expect cold winter conditions with snowfall where the average temperatures around this time of year are typically a high of 32 F and low of 16 F.

    Pack layers and comfortable clothing for outdoor winter activities, plus something more business casual for sessions and evening events. 

    (Yes, you can bring your puffy vests and snow boots. We’ll call it mountain chic.)

  • Can I bring a guest or spouse?

    You’re welcome to bring someone with you to Snowbird, but the event itself is invite-only and reserved for attendees.

  • Do you have a justification letter I can use to get internal approval?

    We’ve drafted this one-page justification letter you can share with your manager or finance team. It outlines the event purpose, business value, and cost structure.
