Kenneth Senser
Ken Senser is a subject matter expert with over 40 years of experience in global security program governance, incident response, and crisis management. For more than 15 years, he served as Senior Vice President at Walmart, leading global programs in Security, Investigations, and Corporate Aviation. Prior to that, he had a distinguished federal career, starting with the CIA and later being detailed to the FBI as the Assistant Director of the Security Division, where he transformed their security program post-Hanssen espionage case. Currently, he is the Chief Strategy Officer for CSA, advising clients across multiple industries. Ken holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Cincinnati.

James E. Tollerson
James E. Tollerson serves as the Infrastructure Security Director and Facility Security Officer for Norfolk Southern, where he leads key initiatives to safeguard critical infrastructure across the enterprise. With over 25 years of experience in information technology, Tollerson oversees regulatory compliance and manages enterprise IT projects vital to operational continuity and national security. As Senior Insider Threat lead, he directs a cross-functional team focused on mitigating insider risk and strengthening organizational resilience. In his role, he collaborates closely with federal agencies including the TSA, FBI, DOT, and DHS.
