Mary Rose McCaffrey
Mary Rose McCaffrey is a security expert with over 30 years in government and private industry. She served as Vice President of Security at Northrop Grumman, where she built world-class security and crisis management programs. Previously, she was the CIA’s first female Director of Security, holding senior roles across the intelligence community, DoD, and NRO. She is a recognized leader in national security and industry collaboration.

William J. Walker
William J. Walker is the Chief Security Officer for Allied Universal, bringing over 30 years of expertise in security, law enforcement, and military leadership. He was previously a Special Agent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and served as the 38th Sergeant at Arms of the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Walker is also a retired U.S. Army Major General who commanded the District of Columbia National Guard. This combination of experience provides him with a unique perspective on enterprise risk management, intelligence, and large-scale strategies.

Dave Komendat
Dave Komendat brings over 39 years of diversified executive leadership experience in complex global and geo-political high-risk environments. His career includes overseeing global security, site security, executive protection, supply chain and aviation security, and crisis management, most notably as Vice President & Chief Security Officer for The Boeing Company. He has also led several non-profit organizations, served as Private Sector Co-Chair for DSAC, and was a strategic engagement advisor to the FBI, which awarded him the Director’s Award for Exceptional Public Service. He is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University at Long Beach.

Terry Phillips
Terry W. Phillips is the Vice President of Security for Northrop Grumman, with extensive experience protecting advanced weapon systems and technologies. As Executive Director of the OSI Office of Special Projects, he serves as the Special Access Program Security Director for the U.S. Air Force and Space Force, leading 427 personnel across 41 global field offices. With a career spanning military and civil service, Phillips has held multiple high-level leadership roles, including Director of Counterintelligence for U.S. European Command and U.S. Representative to NATO. He has managed complex security operations for TRANSCOM, CENTCOM, and SOCOM, and led critical contingency efforts as a Special Agent in Charge in Iraq. He holds a commission from Auburn University.
