Employee Highlight: Trent Taylor

Trent Taylor grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts but spent summers working on farms in Idaho. His career has ranged from managing service for the second largest fleet of motorhomes to designing hot tubs and long-range precision rifle systems. Taylor even spent time as a silversmith that catered to Harley Davidson bikers.

He joined LiveView Technologies four and a half years ago as a mechanical engineering consultant. He took over the production operation in mid-2017. “My favorite part of the job is seeing finished products leave the factory and head out to a happy customer,” he said. His goal is to live by the LVT company value chew the strap, which means to do whatever it takes to get the job done. “I hope,” he said, “that I embody that value and my people see that overcoming obstacles in work and life leads to success in both.”

Every November, Taylor travels to Mexico to be in the pit crew and a copilot for the Baja 1000, an off-road truck race. His other hobbies include being an off-road guide as well as a Boy Scout leader. He and his wife have been married for 21 years and have four children.
