Strategic Customer Success Manager
Lorin Fotheringham is a morning person, at least in the summer when he and his family can go wakesurfing. He, his wife, and their kids will wake up at 5:00 a.m. in order to avoid crowds and enjoy a morning on the lake.
Fotheringham grew up in Hyde Park, Utah, a small town in the northern part of the state. He attended Utah State University (USU). “I graduated from USU in 2009 and started my career in 2002,” he said. “I have been in sales, account management, and customer success roles ever since.”
He started with LiveView Technologies in August 2020. In his role as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, Fotheringham works with strategic customers to help them maximize value in LVT products. “The customers are awesome. They have great ideas and I love winning with them,” he said.
After work, Fotheringham and his son love to ride Onewheels, which are electric skateboards with a single giant wheel in the middle. They will go on rides at golf courses at night. Fotheringham claims that, “The hardest part is getting started” whether that is learning to ride a Onewheel, getting up at the crack of dawn to go wakesurfing, or meeting the needs of a customer. Once you get started, it only gets easier.
