We’ve made some updates to our VMS to make it easier for you to use.
We’re excited to announce the release of our updated video management system, also known as the VMS or the LVT Platform. The updates include a cleaner, more streamlined look as well as several to its functionality.
Yousef Kassis, the General Manager of Imperial Events Security Services, uses the new VMS. He said, "The new VMS system is excellent and allowed us to easily and seamlessly transition from camera to camera and trailer to trailer without wasting valuable time. It gives us the ability to support our team in an environment we’ve traditionally never been able to have cameras before."
What’s new?
The main update is the map. Now it is full-screen and allows you to navigate directly to your units. Simply scroll and select the unit you want to view by clicking on the icon on the map. The map also allows you to filter your units depending on if they are active, deactivated, or archived.
The other update that makes it easier for you to navigate is the search bar. Located in the top right, the search bar allows you to find a unit by the account, the unit’s TDC number, or by its location.
We have also made it easier for you to access the camera’s history. After selecting a unit, you will see “Stream” and “History” on the top next to the search bar. Simply click on “History” and you will see the timeline for your selected unit. You can also access the camera’s history in the search function by clicking the clock icon.
How do I sign up?
We are currently in the open beta testing stage. Any current LVT customer can opt in to the new VMS by logging in to their account and selecting “Try the Beta” in the pop up.
