McKinley Kendall

Welder

McKinley Kendall loves exploring Utah. Some of her favorite hobbies include hiking, running, multiple types of biking, and four-wheeling in Moab and Southern Utah. Originally from Springville, Utah Kendall studied welding at Mountainland Technical College in Utah County and held multiple positions before coming to LiveView Technologies.

Kendall started at LVT in September 2018. As a welder, she works on fabricating the control boxes and trailers that become LVT Units. She rotates between the push-pull gun and the TIG gun as she welds different aluminum. On an average day, Kendal works on parts for 10 trailers, including 10–20 control boxes which is where the computer and modem is housed in each LVT Unit. “Each metal reacts differently. Some melt faster than others,” Kendall said. “My favorite part of my job is working with the TIG.”

When she isn’t welding, Kendall loves to be outside, enjoying almost anything that takes place outdoors. She also enjoys animals, especially her mini pot-bellied pig Max.
