The contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Company employees and immediate family members of Company employees are not eligible to participate.
The contest will begin on September 21st, 2023 at 09:00 and end on September 30th, 2026 at 23:59. All times are Mountain Standard Time.
Participants can enter the contest by submitting their contact information on this link on the Company’s website.
Each participant is allowed 1 entry during the contest period.
No purchase is necessary to enter, and a purchase will not enhance your chances of winning.
The prizes include a Utah Jazz basketball jersey with the LVT patch.
The total estimated value of all prizes is $135.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
One winner will be selected each month, starting October 2023.
Winners will be chosen by random selection.
The winners will be notified via email within seven days of being selected.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, a new winner will be chosen.
By participating, participants grant the Company the right to use their names, photos, and submitted content for promotional purposes without compensation.
Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
The Company is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or incomprehensible due to any reason.
The Company is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, human error, or other problems that may occur in the process of the contest.
The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or attempting to manipulate the fairness of the contest.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes arising from the contest shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the state of Utah.
